The coffee features Pink Bourbon variety cherries that are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, carefully fermented under controlled conditions, and fully washed to ensure a clean and structured profile. The coffee undergoes gradual, controlled drying followed by resting to allow moisture equilibrium. The cup profile offers cooked apple, sugarcane, toffee, and sweet herbal notes. This is an espresso roast.
