About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is produced by Jefferson Adrian Motta at Finca Motta in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, at 1700 meters elevation. The coffee features Pink Bourbon variety cherries that are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, carefully fermented under controlled conditions, and fully washed to ensure a clean and structured profile. The coffee undergoes gradual, controlled drying followed by resting to allow moisture equilibrium. The cup profile offers cooked apple, sugarcane, toffee, and sweet herbal notes.
