A single origin coffee from the Inza region of Colombia, sourced from the Antonia Oidor Estate. The farms sit at 1,850 meters above sea level. The coffee is wet processed and features Bourbon and Caturra varieties from the 2023 harvest season. Imported by Coffee Shrub. Flavor notes include honey and caramel. Roasted to a City (light) roast level.
