This coffee is sourced from members of the Asociación de Caficultores del Cauca (ACC) in the Piendamó region of Colombia. Grown at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,100 meters, this Castillo variety coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of orange, nettle tea, and star anise. The coffee is roasted for filter brewing methods, offering a balanced cup with gentle sweetness and medium acidity.
