This coffee is a single-origin Caturron variety from Finca Villa Betulia in the Acevedo region of Huila, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1550 meters, it is processed using the honey method. The flavor profile features distinct notes of ginger snap, cardamom, and burnt honey.
