This coffee is from Finca El Chaferote in Huila, Colombia, managed by Erick Bravo on his father's farm. The farm is small with only a few hectares devoted to coffee production and won 3rd place at the 2019 Colombian Cup of Excellence. This lot features the Pink Bourbon variety, fully washed processed and dried under canopies. The coffee presents flavors of grapefruit, pear, and honeysuckle with clean processing.
