This washed coffee is from Hacienda El Obraje farm in the Nariño region of Colombia, produced by Pablo Andres Guerrero. The coffee is grown at 2200 meters altitude and is the Caturra variety. It is from the 2025 harvest. The processing involves 20 hours of cherry fermentation, depulping, 24 hours of dry fermentation, full washing with floatation sorting, and 16 days drying on raised beds or 4 days in mechanical dryers at 30 degrees Celsius. Flavor notes include hazelnut, toffee, praline, orange, brown sugar, and grapefruit with a full body.
