Sourced from smallholder farmers affiliated with the Promotora Cafe de Altura cooperative (Cooperativa de Cafés Especiales de Nariño) near the Galeras Volcano. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. Processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via the sugar cane (Ethyl Acetate) process, achieving a minimum 97% caffeine removal. Flavor notes of caramel, lemon, milk chocolate, and apple.
