Colombia Banana Guava is a natural processed coffee from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Colombia, situated at 1350 meters altitude. This single origin is 100% Caturra variety that underwent natural processing with 36-hour fermentation in steel tanks under anaerobic conditions, followed by careful drying on African beds with multiple rest periods in humidity-controlled Grainpro bags. The coffee exhibits tropical notes of guava and banana with rich sweetness of caramel and chocolate, delivering a consistently sweet, smooth, and juicy cup.
