A single-origin coffee from Cajamarca, San José de Lourdes, Peru, grown at 1750 meters altitude by Silvestre Llanos and family on the Quanda farm. The coffee is 100% Arabica Caturra variety, processed using a washed and fermented method — cherries are depulped and fermented in open cement tanks for 36 hours before washing and drying. Flavor notes include raisins, blueberries, and dulce de leche, with a fruity, complex profile characterized by comfort and balance.
Sgt. Martinho was founded in Caldas da Rainha with a mission to serve the coffee community with dedication and expertise, much like a sergeant leads their troop. They are not only a roastery but also a supplier of professional coffee equipment, reflecting their comprehensive approach to the craft. Their philosophy is to provide both exceptional, freshly roasted coffee and the tools needed to prepare it perfectly.
