This coffee originates from Guatemala, specifically from the Huehuetenango region in San Antonio Huista, grown by producer Pedro Lopez Xutuc at an altitude of 1500-1600 meters. It is a 100% Arabica coffee of the Red Pacamara variety, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of caramel, dulce de leche, and molasses. After harvesting, the coffee is depulped on the same day, undergoes dry fermentation in a cement tank for approximately 22 hours, is carefully washed, and then sun-dried on a patio for about three days.
