A single-origin washed coffee from Guatemala, produced by Marvin Carias at the Las Brisas farm in Mataquescuintla, Jalapa. Grown at 1600–1700 meters altitude, this 100% Arabica coffee features Pache and Catuaí varieties. After depulping, it is fermented for 12 hours, then washed and sun-dried on a patio. Flavor notes include plum, caramel, and brown sugar.
