A light-roasted coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1433 meters altitude. Made from Castillo Tambo and Papaya varieties, processed using anaerobic natural (cherry-dried) methods. The cup is wild and funky with prominent notes of vanilla cream, nutmeg, licorice, caramel, cocoa, dark fruits, and blackcurrant, with a long and satisfying finish.
