This Brazilian coffee is from the Cerrado Mineiro region at 1150-1260 meters altitude, produced at the Chapadão de Ferro farm by Devanir Rossini. It features the Mundo Novo variety and is processed using the natural method. The cherries are collected primarily by machines and sun-dried on patios in thin layers to enhance sun exposure, then finished in mechanical rotary dryers at 35-40°C. The coffee has a cupping score of 84.50 and offers sweet, full-bodied notes with chocolate, almond, cocoa, and caramel flavors.
