Grown at 2,200–2,300 meters above sea level, the coffee features Ethiopian Heirloom varietals. The cup offers tasting notes of gummy cola bottles, black cherry, and sparkling lime, with a sweet lingering finish. Cup score: 86.50. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing.
