It is processed using the natural (bærtørket) method, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by notes of blackberry, red currant, dates, cherry, white tea, and floral undertones. The cup is noted for its elegance, clarity, and light mouthfeel, reflecting the stable, cool climate of the region.
