A single-origin coffee from La Naranja farm in the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown at 2097 meters altitude. The coffee features heirloom Typica variety beans that are washed processed using pure mountain water and dried slowly on raised beds. This light roast offers a juicy and dynamic cup with red berry flavors, delicate oolong tea notes, and a smooth maple candy finish. The coffee is grown by producer María Elena Luque under the shade of ancient quina trees in the remote forests of Querocoto.
Stone Creek Coffee was founded in 1993 in Whitefish Bay (Greater Milwaukee) by Eric Resch, who opened the first community-focused café and built the brand around craft coffee and local engagement. They roast in small batches with a farm-to-cup ethic—emphasizing origin clarity, regular cupping, staff education and origin trips, and worker-forward governance (employee-ownership and B Corp certification in 2022)—aiming to highlight terroir and community impact rather than flashy roast tricks.
