Coffee from the Gasura washing station in the Kirundo region of Burundi, part of the Bird Lakes area. Grown by over 400 smallholder producers at altitudes between 1400-1800 meters above sea level on fertile soils in the favorable microclimate of northern Burundi. Red Bourbon variety undergoes classic washed processing with controlled fermentation for 14 hours, followed by drying on raised beds. The cup profile features intense notes of strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry, with fresh, harmonious acidity.
