About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown by various small plot farmers at an elevation of 2100-2300 meters. It features Heirloom varieties and is processed using the washed method. The coffee presents intense floral and stone fruit aromatics with a predominant peach note from hot to cold, complemented by creamy milk chocolate mid tones and lively white grape-like acidity. The lot won top honors in the African Fine Coffee Association's Taste of Harvest competition. Sweet Bloom has purchased this coffee from Yoni Girmai and his importing business Emba for the second consecutive year, establishing this as a repeat relationship since 2024.
