This coffee is an anaerobic fermented SL28 - a Kenyan variety grown in Brazil - that spent 96 hours in anaerobic fermentation. The bean offers a structured profile with notes of rum cake, dried fruit, and brown sugar, combining Brazilian body with the juicy, intense character typical of quality Kenyan coffee.
