This single-origin coffee is sourced from Fazenda Vereda in the Valle da Grama region of Brazil, managed by David Ottoni. Grown at an altitude of 1,150 meters, the Red Bourbon variety plants are cultivated in the shade of avocado trees. The coffee undergoes a controlled drying process using modern silo systems with dry air to ensure consistency. It features a medium roast profile with tasting notes of nuts, lemon, and chocolate, offering a balanced, sweet cup with a stable body.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
