This is a blend of several varieties including Mundo Novo, Topazio, and Paraiso 2, processed using the natural method. The coffee features flavors of dried fruit compote, honey, and cocoa. The farm focuses on biodiversity protection, using organic fertilizers and biological pest control, maintaining natural streams, and utilizing renewable energy sources.
