This coffee is from Daterra farms located in Patrocínio in the Brazilian Cerrado region. It is naturally low in caffeine due to two varietals: Aramosa (a cross between Coffea Arabica and Coffea Racemosa with 0.3-0.7% caffeine) and Laurina (also known as Bourbon Pointu, containing only one-third the caffeine of regular Arabica). The coffee is pulped natural processed. Daterra is recognized as the first Rainforest Alliance Farm in Brazil and the first Climate-friendly farm verified by the Sustainable Agriculture Network. The coffee features notes of strawberry, white grape, milk chocolate, and plum.
