A Brazilian Geisha from the Ama Estate (Luiz Paulo & Sasa Sestic) in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, grown at 1,100–1,300 m. The lot is processed via carbonic maceration followed by pulping, thorough washing and drying to 10–12% moisture. Roasted light, it presents floral and fruity notes of violet and grape with juicy mango, pomegranate and a white-sugar sweetness.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
