Brattle Blend is a medium-light roast coffee offering a flavorful and layered experience with sparkling characteristics. It features flavor notes of raspberry and lemonade, crafted from a blend of two notable coffees. Available in whole bean and various ground options at 310g, 2lb, and 5lb sizes.
The first coffee roaster in Cambridge, Broadsheet opened in 2017 , with owner Aaron McDougall, a finalist at the US Roasting Championship, shifting into coffee from a previous careerin banking. Aaron is an Arabica Q-Grader and sources exceptional coffees from around the world that range from comforting to experimental and eye-opening.
