This is a single origin coffee from Sítio Morro Preto in Sul De Minas, Brazil. The farm has been operated by Tiago de Almeida's family for over 80 years. It is a natural processed coffee with special fermentation, made from yellow and red Catuai varieties grown at 1200 meters altitude. The coffee offers good body and sweetness with pleasant acidity, complex flavors, and fine fruit notes. It is an omni-roast coffee suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods, with a cupping score of 87.
