Designed for drip brewing, it delivers a full-bodied, rich cup with tasting notes of apricot, semi-sweet chocolate, and pear. The blend is crafted to be bold and balanced with an emphasis on a heavy-bodied drip profile suitable for a variety of brewing methods.
Julie and TJ Fairchild's 2003 leap of faith has evolved into Pittsburgh's most thoughtfully community-centered roasting operation, now spanning seven locations with 65+ employees roasting 2,500 pounds weekly. Their philosophy, inspired by a Walt Whitman poem, centers on creating "solid ground for all" through coffee that serves as genuine neighborhood infrastructure.
