Blue Lagoon is an Ethiopian natural process coffee from Buku Abel washing station in the Hambela district of Guji Zone, situated at 1900–2100 meters altitude. This natural processed coffee features fruity intensity with tasting notes of blueberries, strawberries, and orange cake. The beans are Local Landraces variety, sorted and sun-dried on African raised beds.
DAK Coffee Roasters began in Amsterdam in 2019, when the two Montreal-born founders Louis and Veronique started selecting adventurous, high‑quality green beans and developed creative roasting profiles to accentuate origin character.
