A house blend combining a Geisha Pink Honey from Bolivia, produced by Los Rodriguez, and a Caturra Nitro from Colombia, produced by Uba Coffee (Finca Milan). The Nitro process involves fermenting depulped coffee in a bioreactor with freshly pressed fruit juice and selected yeast cultures in a modified atmosphere. The result is a vibrant, fruity, and floral blend. Roasted for filter. Scored 88 points.
