Blend Kawa

A signature espresso blend from Tanat, assembled from varieties grown in Guatemala, Peru, and Honduras. The blend features Caturra, Mundo Novo, Typica, and Yellow Catuaí varieties processed using both washed and natural methods. Scored at 83, it is characterized by balance, sweetness, and a chocolatey aromatic profile, with moderate acidity and bitterness. Suited as an espresso and can also work as a filter coffee for those who enjoy very chocolatey flavor profiles.
