Black Cat Analog is sourced from producers Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira and Antonio José Junqueira Vilela in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, where the coffee grows at 945–1,350 meters. The semi-washed processing preserves body and sweetness while the darker roast brings out dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and baking spices in the cup.
