This Geisha coffee is produced by Benjamin Paz at his La Salsa farm in Honduras. The farm was planted with seeds sourced from renowned producers in Panama. This coffee is processed using the washed method. It is an omniroast coffee that has been optimized for filter brewing, though it can also be prepared as espresso.
