About This Coffee

This is a special origin blend combining Brazilian Santos, Colombian Bordones Salto, and Indonesian Aged Mandheling coffees. The varieties include Bourbon and Catimor, grown at elevations between 400m and 1,700m. Processing methods include fully washed and natural, with the coffee infused with dark Belgian bittersweet cacao essential oils and cocoa butter. The medium dark roast produces flavor notes of Belgian chocolate, Ferrero Rocher, dark bittersweet chocolate, and hazelnuts. The coffee has low acidity and a medium-high, syrupy body.
