This coffee is sourced from the highlands of Kintamani, Bali, and produced by 377 smallholder farms at an altitude of 1,200 meters. It features the Kartika and S795 varieties. The coffee is processed using a variety of methods including natural, fully washed, anaerobic, honey, and wet-hulled. It offers a complex flavor profile with notes of juicy purple grape, plum-like tartness, and a toffee mouthfeel.
