A medium roast espresso blend composed of three components: 5% Sumatra Mandheling (Indonesia, Mount Leuser, 900–1600 masl, semi-washed/wet-hulled Typica), 10% Las Amapolas from Huehuetenango, Guatemala (1350+ masl, washed, Typica/Bourbon/Caturra/Catuai), and 85% Toucan from Cerrado Minero, Minas Gerais, Brazil (1000 masl, natural, Mundo Novo/Catuaí/Caturra). The blend offers hazelnut, malt, milk chocolate, cinnamon, dark cherry, grapefruit, green apple, and blackberry flavors with medium acidity. Well-suited as a pure espresso or with milk.
