Aponte Inga Dark Roast

Aponte Inga Dark Roast

Purity Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is regeneratively grown by the Inga people in the southwest region of Colombia at the Inga Reserve. Cultivated at high altitude of 7050 feet using shade-grown methods, the coffee is made from the Caturra variety and processed using the honey method. The coffee is dried using stacked raised bed solar dryers, which reduces water usage and complements the natural complexity from the volcanic ash-rich soil. The dark roast features tasting notes of dark chocolate, roasted walnut, and cinnamon.
