This coffee is a Gesha from the Mima Estate in Alto Quiel, Panama, grown at about 1,800 meters on volcanic soil. It uses natural processing, with the Gesha variety and a light roast. Tasting notes include stonefruit, blood orange, sweet cherry, syrupy sweetness, and a refreshing, elegant finish when cooled.
