This specialty coffee is sourced from the Alo Coffee farm in the Bensa Murago Tuke region of Sidama, Ethiopia. It is a natural processed coffee featuring the Heirloom varietal. The flavor profile includes notes of concord grape, pineapple, ripe peach, and black tea when brewed as a black coffee. When prepared with milk, it offers notes of peach milk tea and baked pineapple.
