This coffee comes from the AAK Cooperative in Papua New Guinea, sourced from 64 different single-family villages across the Western, Central, and Eastern Highlands. AAK stands for Apo, Angra, and Kange, meaning "Unity" in three major local languages. The cooperative unites smallholder farmers into cohesive clusters committed to quality. The coffee is clean and sweet like brown sugar with notes of chocolate, walnuts, cranberries, and raisins.
