Grown on a female-run farm with sustainable practices, it features flavor notes of rhubarb, lime, and Ceylon tea, offering a light and fruity profile ideal for filter preparation methods.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
