This Red Bourbon varietal is from the Acevedo region in Huila, Colombia, grown at Finca Las Flores at 1750 meters above sea level. The farm is managed by Johan Manuel Vergara Ayure in partnership with Lohas Beans. The coffee is processed using a natural method with the "Casa Elba" drying process. The Ayure family has been cultivating specialty coffee since 2006, continuously experimenting with varietals and processing methods. The cup profile includes floral, fruity, and winey notes with tropical fruit flavors, lactic acidity, and a creamy body.
