A single origin coffee from the Al Sana'a region of Yemen, produced by a collective of 50 farmers through Mokha not Mocha (formerly Sabcomeed). The Udaini varietal is processed using an anaerobic natural method — cherries are bag-fermented in Ecotact bags for 72 hours at a pH of 3.6, then dried on raised beds for 14–20 days. Grown at 1,600 MASL with a Grade AA classification. Tasting notes include raspberry, pomegranate, clove, cherry, and citrus. Medium roast, recommended for filter brewing. Cup score: 89.00.
