#117 Washed-Processed Coffee Beans from Ethiopia

Pair Cupworks

About This Coffee

This washed-processed coffee is grown in the Limu Seka region of Ethiopia at altitudes between 1400-2200 meters above sea level. The coffee is produced by the Feyisa Abamecha Washing Station, which uses a voucher system for traceability. Cherries are sorted, pulped in a disc pulper, and fermented in cement tanks for 36-48 hours before drying for seven to nine days. The coffee consists of heirloom varieties and is harvested from November to January. The flavor profile features peach, honey, florals, green tea, lemon, and lime, with a light body and bright acidity. The region's fertile clay soil and high altitude contribute to the coffee's complex flavors and sweet profile.
