This Geisha coffee is from the Ciudad Bolivar region of Antioquia, Colombia, grown at Finca La Reserva at 1900-2000 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes a 96-hour anaerobic honey process where cherries are depulped with mucilage retained, then fermented anaerobically in sealed 200-liter tanks for 96 hours before being sun dried. Harvested between October and December, this coffee features floral hibiscus and pomegranate notes with bright flavor and classic cleanness from the partial washing process.
