The roastery operates from Walthamstow in East London. Sourcing is built on long term direct relationships with producers, supported by forward buying and pre financing to ensure stability and fairness across the supply chain. As one of the first specialty coffee companies in London, Square Mile played a defining role in shaping the city's third wave coffee movement.
