Driven by a passion for exceptional coffee, Sam and Alice Young established Obadiah Coffee in Edinburgh in 2017. Sam honed his craft in the Australian specialty coffee scene before bringing his expertise to Scotland. They adopt a minimalist and intentional approach, roasting with a gentle touch to honor the coffee's origin and tell the story of its landscape and the hands that cultivated it.
