The sourcing program spans origins from Ethiopia and Kenya to Panama, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, and Tanzania, while a traditional Manolikakis branded Greek coffee roasted for ibrik preparation honors the family's heritage alongside the modern lineup.
