The sourcing draws on Indian specialty arabica from Karnataka, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Odisha, processed as fermented naturals, fruit naturals, and washed lots depending on the origin. The cafes serve exclusively without additives or syrups, and the slow bar format reinforces the focus on the coffee itself. An all vegetarian menu with vegan and gluten free options and handmade stoneware accessories round out a deliberately considered offering.
