From 2011 onwards, Marie Helene Callewaert and her son took the helm, becoming the third generation of roasters in this storied lineage. Today, Corica represents continuity and evolution in Belgian coffee culture, offering strictly selected and organically certified coffees roasted artisanally with modern equipment. Their workshop near Brussels' Grand Place showcases expertise built across decades, with their process enhancing the aromas of 28 Arabica varieties while maintaining an unwavering commitment to taste and quality.
