Winter Bloom is a seasonal blend comprising 50% Augusto Castillo's lot 08 from his MiraCerros farm, providing chocolaty depth and nougat sweetness. The blend includes Fikadu washed coffee for sweetness and brightness, Gidey Hagos natural for dried fruit notes and chocolate, and Hambela to enhance dark fruit notes and complexity. The blend uses both washed and natural processing methods, offering flavor notes of fig jam, panettone, and toblerone.
