Produced by Raúl de Arcangelis Martínez, the farm combines inherited knowledge with ecological practices and benefits from a privileged microclimate. The coffee features a blend of Marsellesa, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. Finca Otipán has received recognition as "Cuna del Café" and has had notable participation in the Cup of Excellence competition.
